Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, our front desk would be happy to store your luggage and enjoy our facilities. On a case-to case basis, we can offer a late check-out subject to availability until 1:00pm. Late check-outs between 1:00 pm to 6:00pm will be charged at 50% of the existing room rate subject to taxes. A late check out past 6:00 pm will be charged a full night rate. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our reservations team at reservations@thehazeltonhotel.com.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in our bedrooms or public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas. A charge may be made where smoking has caused damage.
The Hazelton Hotel believes that pets are an extension of your family, and we are delighted to welcome cats and dogs as valued guests. An in-room pet fee of CAD $150 applies every 7 days, for up to 3 pets (maximum 50 lbs each). Service dogs are always welcome and are exempt from this fee.
Valet parking operates 24/7 and costs $30 for up to 2 hours; $5 per half hour up to $69. Overnight valet parking is $69 with unlimited in-and-out privileges. All vehicles must be under 6.6 feet (2 meters). All other vehicles will be required to self-park offsite.
