Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, our front desk would be happy to store your luggage and enjoy our facilities. On a case-to case basis we can offer a late check-out subject to availability until 1:00pm. Late check-outs between 1:00 pm to 6:00pm will be charged at 50% of the existing room rate subject to taxes. A late check out past 6:00 pm will be charged a full night rate. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out please contact our reservations team at reservations@thehazeltonhotel.com.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in our bedrooms or public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas. A charge may be made where smoking has caused damage.
The Hazelton Hotel believes that your pet is an extension of your family and for this reason, we are more than happy to welcome your pet (cats and dogs) as valued guests. Our in-room pet charge is CAD$150.00 per stay for a maximum of 3 pets (max. 50 lbs each). Service dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Valet parking operates 24/7 and costs $30 for up to 2 hours; $5 per half hour up to $69. Overnight valet parking is $69 with unlimited in-and-out privileges.
