Toronto’s iconic chef and restaurateur, Mark McEwan, helms The Hazelton’s renowned ONE Restaurant. With a variety of beautiful dining spaces to choose from, ONE is the place to experience classic French and Italian flavours, paired with fresh and local Ontario produce. ONE offers 24-hour in-room dining and private catering.



As per the updated provincial guidelines, we are thrilled to announce that ONE Restaurant patio has now reopened (with limited capacity) and we look forward to welcoming our esteemed guests. Indoor dining continues to remain temporarily suspended until further government instructions are provided.

The Hazelton Hotel and ONE Restaurant continue to offer a robust 24 hour room service menu and take-out menu for pick-up orders so you can indulge in Chef Darby’s signature dishes in the comfort of your room.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is paramount and we continue to follow strict health guidelines and protocols.

ONE Restaurant offers a variety of private dining spaces, each offering its own unique atmosphere. The private spaces are perfect for a range of events from business meetings and presentations to celebratory dinners and large cocktail receptions. Our event manager is available every step of the way to ensure a seamless event including exclusive menus from our private chef and sommelier.
