Personalized Attention to Detail
One thing that our guests consistently rave about is the service they receive from our fantastic team.
I had a perfect stay at The Hazelton. The location in Yorkville is great. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The restaurant is wonderful. But the staff really sets The Hazelton apart from other 5 star luxury hotels; kind, friendly, helpful, they all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, which directly translates to a pleasant guest experience. I had forgotten my dopp kit and the concierge Maíra went out of her way, going to several stores, to replenish all my toiletries! The exemplary service extended to every member of the staff: Ronaldo, Robery and Toni were fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at the Hazelton-Hotel for Valentine’s days and it was an amazing experience! The service was incredible. The restaurant at the hotel was so lively and had good food. I loved the pool especially. All the staff were welcoming and provided the best service I’ve ever experience at a hotel. Special thanks to Prarthan for recommending the stay and providing amazing hospitality for my partner and I.
